Book opens with a discussion of embezzlement. "Wow!", I thought. With 20 years of experience I've seen embezzlement many times myself - on many levels. This book is a real winner. It gives solid practical advise to people who run companies. Its not a tutorial in "MBA Speak". I read some others for that. But, its real advise from someone who actually knows what he is talking about with respect to managing a business. It leans towards the financial side; but, I see that as a strength personally. I almost never read a book twice but almost never see an expert practicitioner write a book either; so, I will probably read parts of this book again. Disclosure: also read the 80 Minute MBA and reading the Ten Day MBA. Like most, my passion is to run a successful business; but, like many, I need to know MBA speak to work in corporate America. ;-) This book really is a must read for anyone who runs a business and actually manages the finances or is small enough they are responsible for the staff who manages the finances.Product details
